The reliance fire company no 1 is a volunteer fire company providing fire protecting to all citizens of the philipsburg, pa and the surrounding areas and provides assistance to other volunteer fire companies as needed

To raise awareness and funding for innovative childhood cancer treatments that are less toxic and more targeted , such as immunothearapy, and to support the families facing childhood cancer.

As a volunteer fire company, our mission is to serve and protect the lives and property of the citizens and travelers of ours and neighboring communities.

Our primary purpose is the preservation & maintenance of the rowland theatre building, a historical building, located in philipsburg, pa.

Organized for restoring and preserving historical landmarks and collecting and displaying the artifacts of philipsburg and vicinity

The objectives & purposes of this entity shall be:(a)to provide tutoring services for all subjects for students in grades k - 12;(b)to provide tutoring services for all subjects for college students;(c) to provide exam preparation tutoring services for all ages;(d) to provide group tutoring services for all instances listed above; (e)to engage in other activities related to educating the public; and (f)to engage in other activities related to raising funds and obtaining federal and/or state grants.

Basic and advanced life support methods to all in need, to aid other ambulance services, hospitals and other such civic educational or emergency duties as we may be called upon to perform.
