Northeast victim service (nevs) is a nonprofit community organization and the principal crime victim advocate for northeast philadelphia. nevs works to empower the victims of crime through advocacy and support, and to assist the community in its efforts to reduce the effects of crime through outreach and education.

Health education and awareness improving the quality of life of youth, adults, families and communities through the delivery of a comprehensive program of community and preventative health education services.

Cosacosa creates new public art specific to the concerns of philadelphia neighborhoods in direct, long-term collaboration with city residents. cosacosa asserts art's original role advancing community dialogue, creative cooperation, and positive change.

The immediate focus is recovery from mind-altering chemicals. the long- range focus is recovery from all obstacles to the fullness of human life.

The foundation seeks contributions in support of research projects designed to accumulate and evaluate clinical and demographic data relative to the treatment of malignant melanoma and retinoblastoma tumors of the eye. the focus of the research, sponsored by the foundation, is to enhance treatment methods, visual results, and mortality rates. in addition, the foundation actively publishes and presents the results of such research for the benefit of the medical communicty, worldwide.

Korean community development services center's (kcdsc) mission is to provide the members of our community with support services that they need to achieve personal growth and pursue community growth. kcdsc also provides services to newly-arrived immigrants and refugees as well as other low income and/or minority group.

The second mile center is a small, faith based non-profit organization providing jobs, job training, life skills training and character to inner city poor, challenged by additions, lack of education, criminal background, etc. during 2023 approximately 15 adults participated in the programs.
