Friends of the chapel of four chaplains, inc., doing business as the four chaplains memorial foundation (chapel), is a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to provide charitable programs that recognize those who go above and beyond selflessly volunteering and supporting veterans with their four programs for four chaplains: 1. legion of honor awards program; 2. student scholarship program; 3. emergency chaplain corps; 4. veterans outreach programs. the major source of support is contributions.

Smith memorial playground and playhouse, located in east fairmount park, has been a treasured destination for over 100 years. its mission is to provide and promote opportunities for unstructured free play for children. smith contributes to the development of healthy children, strong families, and sage communities by: 1) maintaining a proud tradition for free family admission; 2) partnering with community-based organizations to reach a diverse audience; and 3) advocating for the importance of play
