The organization mission's is to organize, establish, and maintain a social organization based upon the portuguese culture and the roman catholic faith; to sanction and promote the annual celebration of the holy spirit; to promote annually the realization of the festivities in honor of the divine holy spirit ten weeks after easter in the city of patterson, california; to promote the moral elevation of all members associated with this organization.

Rehabilitation -24 hour ongoing services to approximately 700 individuals. recipients generaly suffer drug, alcohol, physical or emotional abuse, or are transitioning from prison environment.
