The organization exists to provide free meals to individuals in need.

To seek out and identify resources, networks and individuals for financial support, so doing will allow the putnam county law enforcement agencies to offer the highest level of service and enhance community relations.

The organization was formed solely for charitable purposes to obtain donations of money and property, manage its associated investment portfolio and, from time to time as may be necessary in the sole discretion of the trustees, provide financial assistance to any qualified non-profit corporation that provides care for needy children.
