Family violence law center ("fvlc") helps diverse communities in alameda county heal from domestic violence and sexual assault, advocating for justice and healthy relationships. we provide survivor-centered legal and crisis intervention services, offer prevention education for youth and other community members, and engage in policy work to create systemic change.

To enhance the employment opportunities of underserved oakland youth by providing training, job placement, access to education and comprehensice support services. we target some ofthe most at-risk young people in our community. 95% of our program participants come from households living at or below the federal poverty line.
