The corporation is organized exclusively for educational, scientific and charitable purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. the mission of the corporation is to provide age appropriate year-round training and outdoor educational programs for children, young adults and their families, and all other such purposes as are permissible for a nonprofit voluntary corporation formed under rsas chapter 292.
