New samaritan parkville, inc. (the organization) is a connecticut nonstock corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable and/or educational purposes to provide elderly and handicapped persons with housing facilities and services specially designed to meet their physical, social and psychological needs and to promote their health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer living.

The lincoln society seeks to foster among its members a deeper and more genuine friendship for one another; a broader view of the world outside of yale; a stronger appreciation for undergraduate life; and to give its members, after graduation, an everlasting bond to yale and to each other.

To provide elferly or disabled personss with housing facilities and services specifically designed to meet their physical, social, and psychological needs, and to promote their health, security, happiness, and usefulness in longer living. the charges for such facilities and services to be predicated upon the provision, maintenance, and operation thereof on a nonprofit basis.

The corporation owns and operates 48 low-income elderly housing units which are subsidized by the u.s. dept. of agriculture, rural development.

Owns real property that is rented to bhcare, inc. which is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to improve community health and quality of life of individuals by providing mental health, addiction and domestic violence services.

To assist in creation of home ownership opportunities for low and moderate income people.
