The primary purpose of the foundation is to advance and promote the interests and development of the oregon of the oregon coast community college, its students, faculty, and the community it serves.

The midcoast watersheds council is a local non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health of streams and watersheds of oregon's central coast so they produce clean water, rebuild healthy salmon populations, and in turn support a healthy coastal ecosystem, economy, and culture.

The lincoln county foundation is an agency established to receive, administer and disburse funds and other property to assist the people of lincoln county, oregon; particularly the young people through grants and scholarships.

To preserve, construct, and rehabilitate housing units in lincoln county, oregon to provide rental and home ownership opportunities for those who can not afford market rate housing

Caclc offers child abuse intervention services in a safe, neutral and supportive environment for children who are suspected of being abused or neglected. caclc works with law enforcement and child welfare agencies to support child abuse victims and their families in lincoln county, oregon, with the goal of reducing trauma, providing support and assistance, and improving outcomes.

To cooperate with the newport public library to encourage education and the reading of books through a wide use of the library facilities and to generally benefit, support, and promote the activities of the newport public library.

To alleviate hunger in lincoln county by soliciting, collecting, and distributing food through a network of agencies. to provide temporary services to individuals and families in time of need. to assist clients to become more self-sufficient and increase community awareness of hunger.

To provide assistance to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, including counseling, shelter, and legal advocacy.

To collect, preserve, interpret, and exhibit objects and information illustrative of the history of lincoln county, for the education and betterment of the community and of the public interest. the society as an educational institution will also act as a research agency and cultural center.
