To distribute assets and funds to needy and worthy individualsand/or entities with an emphasis on promoting and achieving the muslim faith.

To encourage and support scholarly pursuits designed to enhance the field of anesthesia through clinical, laboratory and educational research & publication, the teaching of anesthesia methodology, theory & practice, and the ultimate application of such knowledge to promote the safety and welfare of the patient.
