The arc of wayne foundation has been organized and will operate exclusively to support the arc wayne. funding is from fundraisers, soliciting, grants, bequests, trusts, donated funds, and other gifts and donations.

Provide fire and emergency medical services.

To provide social, nutritional, and recreational programs and facilities to the residents of newark, ny and vicinity.

To provide funds to or for the benefit of newark wayne community hospital, inc. by (a) soliciting, accepting, holding, investing, reinvesting and administering gifts, grants, bequests, contributions, devises, benefits of trusts, endowments and property of any kind, without limitation as to amount or value; and (b) using, disbursing or paying the income or principle thereof exclusively for the foregoing purposes.

Provide emergency ambulance service to the village of newark and the town of arcadia and to such other persons as may be necessary in any given emergency or as a result of any mutual aid service agreement between the organization and other ambulance services

To provide meals to elderly, ill and disabled persons who are unable to manage their own nutritional needs
