The mission of the new orleans right to life education foundation (nortlef)is to promote the common good and general welfare of the people of louisiana through advancement of reverence for human life in the state. see schedule o (attachment 1).

We work to create equity and opportunity for all new orleanians by developing community leaders, fostering civic engagement, and advocating for open, effective, accountable government.

The center is a haven of opportunity for the aging in the community to continue independent, healthy, and meaningful lives. senior citizen activity offering programs, classes, discussion groups, exercise, hot meals, transportation and socialization for seniors.

The nature of the business or purpose to be conducted or promoted is as follows: acquire, own, develop, hold, sell, lease, transfer, exchange, operate, and manage affordable housing projects, including any buldings and other improvements; obtain financing for any of the above type of real estate projects; provided direct assistance to families; foster low, affordable, moderate, mixed use and other type of housing; foster and stimulate economic development; work with other national, regional and local organizations to further the goals of the corporation.

Provide support for community youth and elderly.

To further the gospel of the lord jesus christ through a youth music and evangelistic outreach on a nondiscriminatory basis as to membership in any religious or other religious criteria. through its support of christian festivals, this corporation may carry out other purely religious activities that primarily address religious subjects and the publication and celebration of christian music.

To provide and organize aau basketball teams including bus service, team uniforms and shoes, tournament fees, travel and lodging, travel meals, travel fees, tutoring, meals, counseling, family support, and mentoring.

To provide assistance to disaster-impacted communities through construction, renovation, and promotion of affordable housing.

Court 13 arts is a new orleans-based nonprofit arts engine whose mission is to support the creation of adventurous art that inspires the public. by developing innovative spaces to create and exhibit new work, we strive to build and support a creative community that generates ground-breaking artistic experience across cultures and mediums.

Heal's goal is to integrate and systematize a process for addressing health disparities that are prevalent in children who live in poverty. we believe that these health disparities are a major causal factor that results in academic failure. we also believe that the best way to address these factors is where the child is every day- at school. it is a public health approach to community based prevantative health and mental health services.
