Educate young people (grade 9-12) with learning disabilities specifically those students who possess average or above-average intelligence, but who have multiple learning differences that make it difficult to learn in a conventional classroom.

To support library efforts, maintaining an association of persons interested in the library,promoting increased knowledge and understandingog library functions, resources, and services, stimulating increased financial support, and sponsoring programs to add to the local culture.

To create and maintain affordable housing and provide community outreach for low/moderate income individuals and families as well as deed monitoring services.
