To promote and foster all terrain vehicles (atvs) as a sport and recreation for its members; to exchange information pertinent to atvs; to create, maintain, mark and map a system of multi-recreational trails, public and private, for the use of atvs; to promote good conduct, sportsmanship, safety, and conservation practices; and to assist in rescue work.
