Developmental disabilities information serivce, inc. (ddis) is a private, non-profit agency whose mission is serving the people in racine county with cognitive disabilities, spina bifida, cerebral palsy and autism. we provide the essential services that allow individuals to develop their skills to the fullest extent and reside in the most appropriate setting in the community. ddis also assists the families of our clients through crisis intervention, advocacy, assessment, and counseling. our goal is to deliver professional, courteous and individually tailored services to the developmentally disabled population of the community.

Racine county opportunity center (rcoc) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving all citizens of southeastern wisconsin, particularly racine county, by helping to minimize limitations caused by physical and/or cognitive disabilities.
