The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations. the organization promotes and educates the public about portuguese culture.

Fulfilling a dream fund inc. sponsors an annual golf outing and dinner to raise money for two purposes: (i)to award a grant for higher educational purposes to a high school student who has satisfied the criteria established by the board of directors for such awards and (ii) to donate a portion of the proceeds generated by the aforesaid outing to a selected charity that is qualified under section 501(c)(3).
