We are an all-volunteer foster-based organization whose mission is to find permanent homes for kittens/cats while allowing them to enjoy time in loving foster homes while they wait. we also provide foster education and training to the feline rescue community.

Angel concept, inc. provides struggling, disadvantaged women with work-skills training in a retail environment- preparing them to become successful employees in the retail world.

The organization provides educational workshops and events, as well as space to create and work for artists, creative entrepreneurs, and small nonprofits. this support infrastructure helps individuals and organizations explore and develop their own creative path and be supported in their personal or professional arts and culture work. in doing so, transforming creatives helps to deepen the societal impact of the arts while facilitating entrepreneurial growth and nonprofit sustainability in the creative sector.
