Our mission at the ymca is to put christian principles into practice that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. at the union county ymca we are for youth development, for healthy living, and for social responsibility. we are more than you know. we're a cause. our cause is strengthining community and so much more. our goal is to improve the quality of life in union county regardless of age, race, income, gender, or ability. scholarships (financial assistance) are provided for individuals with a financial need for membership and/or programs.

To provide an alternate to long-term care. our primary objective is to enhance the quality of life for our citizens.

The organization is organized exclusely for charitable and educational purposes under section 501 c 3. in furtherance, the particular purpose of the corporation is to provide shoes to underpriviledged children.

The happy program is a weekly, take-home food program for children in need of food when school meals are not available. nonperishable foods are sent home in backpacks with children who have little or no food on the weekends.

To assist and support people with developmental disabilities to discover and actualize their personal goals while recognizing the collective effort of our employees.

It is the mission to provide quality, unique, and effective services together with the individuals we serve, their families and guardians, through respectful and compassionate support, education, and advocacy.

To provide business leadership training to the job corps students by having this organization manange activities for students. also manage revenues, expense, and budgets.
