The friends of the winooski river is dedicated to the protection and restoration of the winooski river. our goals are to reduce pollution, improve habitat, increase river stability, and encourage passive and sustainable use of the river.

Affordable housing

The vermont network aims to uproot the causes of domestic and sexual violence in vermont and create a world free of oppression where actions, beliefs and systems support all people to thrive.

The housing foundation, inc. provides safe, decent housing affordable to people with low income throughout vermont through our 234 units in 11 properties and promoting affordable home ownership through our 1,006 lots in 18 parks. we are continually looking to expand access to affordable housing by preserving existing units through acquisition and developing new properties to grow the available housing stock.

To distribute funds to selected non-profit organizations which provide legal services to the disadvanged and for public education relating to the courts and legal matters.

To initiate and assist local and statewide efforts to preserve and use vermont's resources.
