The corporation consists of volunteers in and around shady dale, georgia, who raise funds mainly through the annual shady dale rodeo and other charitable fund raising events as well as donations. the mission of the corporation is to raise monies and support for local 501(c)(3) charities and to provide small scholarships to children in the community for educational purposes.
