The moneta rescue squad, inc. provides emergency medical and transport services to the moneta, va community.

The smith mountain lake center, inc., is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing a multi-purpose venue to the smith mountain lake region for educational actvities, community and/or cultural events and entertainment.

The home tour sponsors one annual fund raising event and gives all of the net proceeds to eight competitively selected charities who provide charitable services in the area of smith mountain lake.

The corporation will feed and provide nutritional support to indigent, needy, and at-risk individuals, families, children and seniors that suffer from food insecurity. also provides one or more charitable and educational programs to provide educational and literacy assistance to individuals, including children, adults & seniors.
