To promote and encourage agriculture, arts, science and education in cabell county since 1983. the primary emphasis of the fair is to provide 4-h and ffa members the opportunity to exhibit their projects; and, to provide county residents a showcase for their prize garden produce, livestock, and arts & crafts.

Non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to provide medical services to an underserved population in rural west virginia.

Provide opportunities to explore west virginia traditions, history, and crafts to approximately 35,000 festival attendees and 3,500 school choldren. we continue to develop and improve park facilities for year round use by other groups and organizations.

The prevention of fire and the preservation of property and protection of life during such emergencies as may occur in the township of milton and the milton fire protection district. this service shall also be provided to other communities that request it.
