The improved milton experience is a community based non-profit organization that facilitates milton's downtown. the purpose is to enact positive changes in the downtown business district by promoting local economic vitatlity, encouraging preservation of milton's historical architecture & creating community sponsored & supported events.

Family care for children and youth, inc. was established to provide alternative living arrangements utilizing foster care, homemaker services, and adoption services for children who must be removed from their natural homes and placed elsewhere. they are a social service agency committed to providing an excellent standard of care and culturally competent services, while communicating compassion, empathy, and hope for the future. they create a need-fulfilling environment leading clients to effective, responsible choices and the development of positive relationships in their lives.

Counseling, coaching, and post-adoption services

The organization obtains funds to renovate buildings to provide low-income affordable housing to participants at or below medium income levels.

Promote learning and culture to the residents of the borough of milton and vicinity through programs, reading, and the arts.

To educate all people concerning the history and origins of our community and of history in general.

Provide educational and related services to non-profit entities.

Provide quality child care for families within the community.
