The organization will provide educational and management services to public charter schools in cumberland county.

To develop, construct, manage, lease, sell and/or transfer the food industry commercialization center in the city of bridgeton, nj and to contract with other non profit corporations, private entities and governmental entities as necessary to secure and participate in federal and state of nj tax credits, including new markets tax credits, and other necessary financing.

The organization provides programs to help youths develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills they need to become competent, caring, and contributing citizens by utilizing the land grant university system.

To provide leased space for community groups for programs, activities, education and business development.

Continuous community renewal through the areas of: development and redevelopment of real estate; housing construction, rehabilitation and financing; community building and resident engagement and economoic development

Senior citizen housing

Child care program for children of various financial backgrounds.

To engage artists and audiences in an evolving exploration of creativity through special events, exhibitions, educational programs, performances, and workshops offered throughout the year.
