We are a non-profit entity that exists to bring spiritual, emotional, and relational healing to hurting souls. we offer a full range of counseling or soul-care services: marital counseling, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship counseling, spirtual guidance, eating disorders, addiction, substance abuse, sex addiction, family counseling.

The purpose is to raise funds to support the shelby county health care corporation, a 501(c)(3) public hospital established to serve patient care needs.

The memphis food and wine festival (the "festival") was created in 2015 to showcase culinary excellence of local and regional chefs, vintners, and certified sommeliers in order to benefit the memphis community. each year the proceeds from the festival will be used to benefit a local charity.(see schedule o for additional explanation).
