H.a.n.d.s.' mission is to strengthen the lives of families and children for the future of the wyoming county community. without a strong basis, children cannot thrive. h.a.n.d.s.' objective is to provide as many options as it can to help children succeed.

To rescue purebred cairn terriers and cairn terrier mixes which are homeless or soon-to-be-homeless and provide veterinary care, rehabilitation, fostering and adoption for these dogs as well as educating the public about responsible cairn terrier care and ownership.
