The primary purpose of the organization is to plan, organize and run the tennessee soybean festival. the festival puts on events such as free outdoor concerts, singing competition, car show, carnival, etc. the festival is attended by over 20,000 people from tennessee, kentucky and missouri.

Organizations mission to provide training to law enforcement officers to safely make felony stops and traffic stops. training is also provided to work traffic accidents and other incidents that a law enforcement officer may encounter.

To support martin schools to become centers of excellence for all students.

To provide public broadcasting services to all of west tennessee.

To provide transportation and assistance to the elderly residents of northwest tennessee.

The organization previously provided housing in a group home setting for 16 low income individuals with disabilities, however, the organization sold its assets during the 2019-2020 fiscal year and did not operate any programs in fy22.
