"the purpose or purposes for which this corporation is organized are as follows, to wit: to promote and improve the education, health, spiritual, environmental and living conditions of the inhabitants of remote and underdeveloped villages and rural area in africa through direct action, by the construction of water wells, potable water facilities, sewage and sanitary facilities, provision of books, instructional and other school supplies, construction, purchase and maintenance of school, housing and community buildings and facilities, contribution to, and cooperation with recognized charitable governments and non-governmental organizations."

Formed in the aftermath of tuesday, september 11, 2001, tuesday's children is a response and recovery organization whose proven long-term healing model supports youth, families, and communities impacted by terrorism or traumatic loss.

The purpose of the corporation is to improve the lives of individuals within the autism spectrum by developing, creating and managing model residences for such individuals.

The organization helps underpriviledged children by providing specialized instruction in homework skills, early reading, health education, foreign language, computer skills, field trips, and arts and crafts to children in grades k through six.

The art guild is dedicated to creating an inclusive and enriching home for visual arts education, exploration and exhibition.

To provide support of education in the manhasset public schools. the foundation is similar to the endowment of a college or prep school.

To establish fraternities and exchange social and cultural activities locally, nationally, and internationally. to support existing medical facilities as well as to promote health care in rural areas in rajasthan. to provide state of art medical equipment and educational material to the medical facilities located in rajasthan. to promote, plan and provide a forum for communication and seminars to exchange ideas amongst physicians and health related professional having roots in the stae of rajasthan.

Major purpose is to educate and entertain children through science. major programs include school programs, after school workshops, summer programs, and teacher training

After school child care and supervision of children in grades k-6, monday to friday. program includes homework time, peer socialization, snack and time for crafts, supervised indoor/outdoor play. the emphasis is on socialization after homework is completed.

The primary goal of the manhasset student association is to insure that no young man or woman residing in manhasset will be barred from a serious pursuit of post high school education due to financial inability.the manhasset student aid association offers grants and interest-free loans to deserving students in order to supplement other available sources of funds as long as may be required for attendance at special training courses, vocational schools, two-year or four-year colleges, and in some cases, for graduate school.

Our purpose is to promote closer cooperation between teachers and parents, school and the community and to further at all times the best inbterests of and highest advantages in the physical, mental, social and ethical education of our young people.
