The maine resilience building network's mission is to promote resilience in all people by increasing the understanding of the impacts of adverse childhood experiences (ace's) and the importance of building resilience through factors such as positive relationships.

Maine society of eye physicians and surgeons (mseps), representing maine's opthamologists and their patients. mseps, an affiliate of the american academy of opthamology, is dedicated to educating the public about eye health care concerns, advocating for opthamologists in the state of maine legislature and before regulatory bodies, and aiding opthamologists and their staff in their continuing medical education as well as interacting with the third party payers about reimbursement and coverage issues.

To support access to oral health care for the people of maine; educate the public about oral health and the importance of oral health; support the oral health education and the education of oral health professionals; and to provide relief to needy dentists and their dependents.

Maine medical education trust (the organization) is a maine nonprofit corporation, organized to promote, sponsor, organize, and conduct projects, programs, and related organizational undertakings whose primary purpose and objectives are the improvement and upgrading of medical practice through education and training; to assist and encourage individuals in their pursuit of education in the field of health care; to promote, encourage, sponsor, organize and conduct programs and projects for physicians and other health providers; to promote, sponsor, organize, and conduct projects that promote and protect the public health; to publish and distribute general health information to interested parties and the general public; to support medical schools; and to support the rehabilitation of impaired physicians.
