Mary immaculate adult day health center provides a wide array of health and social services, structured activities, and educational programs to frail, mostly low-income, elders and persons with disabilities. staff nurses and social workers coordinate medical and social needs of participants. one center is located within the mary immaculate residential community, the other adult day health center, la casa de maria immaculada, is uniquely geared to the underserved hispanic community.
