Lishmor offers various programs aimed at preventing abuse within the orthodox community. these programs include awareness events, a safety kid program in schools, and training for parents and staff members. additionally, lishmor provides initial support to survivors of abuse by connecting them with rabbinic leaders, therapy agencies, social workers, and other resources to ensure they receive the necessary assistance and are properly guided toward the help they need to overcome the effects of abuse.

The lakewood economic action program inc. (leap) provides comprehensive child development services to low-income families. an early head start grant enabled leap to expand the program to include pregnant women and families with newborn babies and children up to 3 years old.

Since its founding in 1995, the school for children with hidden intelligence (schi) has grown to become a world-renowned, cutting-edge therapeutic and educational center meeting the unique needs of severely-developmentally delayed, medically fragile, and socially-emotionally challenged children & young adults ranging in age from birth to 21+.as a state approved organization, specifically educating multiple handicapped & underprivileged children & adults throughout the tristate region & beyond, schi's aim is to try and alleviate the suffering of the most vulnerable members of the community.
