Teaching the ideals of sports, including sportsmanship, teamwork, fair play,discipline, respect, honesty, loyalty and courage; developing healthier, happier and more confident youth; combating juvenile delinquency by keeping youths occupied in worthwhile activities; and broadening the eduction of the youth through competion in out own and iother communities and through contact with youth in these other communities.
