The indiana valley public improvement corporation ("ivpic") is a supporting organization of the indiana valley metropolitan district ("ivmd"), which is a unit of local government operating under colorado law. ivpic will be a supporting organization of ivmd and is authorized to accept pif revenue that is collected within the boundaries of ivmd. ivpic will be a supporting organization of ivmd, and therefore will be authorized to issue tax-exempt bonds and pledge pif revenue as repayment for those bonds. ivpic will be required to use the pif revenue and bond proceeds on public improvements and services authorized under ivmd's service plan.

Our forest school program operates as a forest kindergarten at its core, with an emphasis on ecological awareness. our classes are designed for children ages 2 through 6.our highly diverse teaching staff will guide children in nature and science activities that will enrich their knowledge of the ecological systems that occur around you every day through classes on urban and rural ecology. 1st through 8th grade inclusive independent school. we envision an inclusive community where all students have individualized learning plans tailored to their specific needs and aptitudes.

The purpose of the organization shall be to focus on children, youth, and families involved, or at risk of involvement, in the child welfare system and or poverty with a goal to prevent negative consequences. our priority is to positively impact services and care to strengthen families and enhance and promote reunification or permanency in safe and forever homes. all in will promote quality education throughout other organizations that will benefit the child welfare system and foster youth, taking an innovative approach for relentless support to bring community, other non-profit entities, business and government together to focus on those involved in the foster care system, foster care involvement, and or poverty. this will allow the prevention of possible long term consequences of human trafficking, incarceration, homelessness, unemployment, poverty, unwed mothers, child abuse and continued mental health concerns.
