The organization is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501c(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions of any future united states internal revenue law (the "code") including, without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the following specific purposes: 1. to provide innovative and affordable architectural and design service for global and local mission projects; and 2. to establish a network of licensed architects, intern architects, and other professionals to service in mission projects.
