Affordable housing clearinghouse is a california not-for-profit organization,consisting of a network of lending institutions dedicated to providing affordablehousing in southern california, for low to moderate income individuals through (a)providing home buyers education and credit counseling; (b) reviewing and compilingloan applications as well as coordinating loan applicants with lenders; (c)acquiring, rehabilitating or constructing and reselling affordable housing; and (d)owning and managing low-income permanent housing.
