The trust was organized to engage in and conduct charitable activities for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to assist in carrying out the charitable purposes of the kohler public school district and the john michael kohler arts center, inc. including distributing net income to said supported organizations.

To provide support and assistance to a class of public charities that have as their charitable purposes improving water quality, sanitation or sustainability of water supply.

To support the listed beneficiaries in their conservation and preservation efforts.

To provide financial support to the beneficiaries listed in the trust governing instrument for pursing of their arts and education activities.
