To provide emegency medical services to the residents of the following policitical subdivisions of clarion county pennsylvania and areas related thereto: ashland township, beaver township, salem township and knox borough

To provide community service to the residents in and around the commonwealth of pennsylvania and/or to residents in any and all countries worldwide.
