Religious teaching to children in the home of god's love and teaching them about jesus, helping at the church and christian bookstore; benevolence-caring for needing children in the home of god's love, helping poorer people in the community.

Provide volunteer opportunities for adults aged 55 or older who provide volunteer hours at non profit worksites throughout the community.

The eastern adair county fire and rescue is made up of a group of dedicated personnel that represent the diversity of the community. these individuals work every day of the year to improve the quality of fire service provided to the community. our mission is to protect the quality of life for present and future generations through interaction with our community, compassionate service and an atmosphere that encourages innovation, professionalism, and diversity.

To promote, encourage, and foster any other similar religious and educational activities, to accept, hold, invest, reinvest, and administer any gifts, legacies, bequests, devises, funds and property of any sort or nature, and to use, expend, or donate the income or principal thereof for, and to devote the same to, the purposes of the corporation and to do any and all lawful acts and things which may be necessary, useful, suitable, or proper for the furtherance or accomplishment of the purposes of the corporation, provided, however, that no act may be performed which would violate section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding section of any fugure federal tax laws.

Support senior citizens through congregate and delivered meals and provision of in-home services.

The prevention of cruelty to animals; the operation of a shelter for lost, strayed, neglected or abandoned animals; the securing of permanent adoptive homes for lost, strayed, neglected or abandoned animals; the heightening of public regard and concern for the welfare and humane treatment of animals; and the fulfillent of other related humane society purposes.
