The mission of the villa is to provide compassionate, interdisciplinary chemical dependency treatment and conduct educational programs to meet internal and external needs.

The ukrainian national foundation, inc. is committed to the creation and preservation of a self-sustaining, cultural, educational, and sports/recreational center for the ukrainian-american community through its ownership of the soyuzivka cultural center ("scc"). the organization also administers various programs for educational scholarships, charitable third party organization funds, and religious purposes.
