The mission of the club is to foster inclusive community participation by preserving and proffering a historic landmark facility for arts, youth, education, civics, recreation, celebration, worship, and locally based human services that elevate personal and collective well-being in our community.

The institute for sustainable diversity and inclusion (isdi) is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (dei) in organizations. isdi is a non-profit organization with the primary purpose of strengthening individual and organizational capability for creating diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces. isdi continued its work in 2022 through three main service programs: the northwest diversity learning series (nwdls), isdi consulting services and professional development.
