Papahanaumokuakea marine debris project, inc. has been organized for the purpose of marine life conservation. more specifically, the organization will conduct large cleanup missions for marine life conservation at papahanaumokuakea marine national monument in hawaii. in doing so, the organization will ensure the accumulation of plastic, fishing nets, and other debris are cleaned up so that marine life in conservation area can continue and thrive.

The primary purpose of hawaii amateur surfing association (hasa) is to promote and conduct amateur surf competitions for all people and ages; and, to preserve, protect and enhance public awareness for both the coastal environment and surfing resources, not only around the hawaiian islands, but also, throughout the world.

To perpetuate the ancient hawaiian sport of surfing through informative and competitive high school teams surf meets. the competition will help prepare the hawaii teams for furture national meets in california. in addition, hspc provides speakers for various high schools to inform team members of the importance of water safety and environmental issues.

Hui o koolaupoko implements watershed restorations, projects aimed at improving water quality in streams, educates the public about what they can do to insure pollutants don't enter streams and works with volunteers to help with restoration projects such as stream side tree planting

Dance/art performances to enable a diverse and growing audience to learn and experience the art of dance and its capacity to educate by crossing cultural, spiritual, and economic boundaries.

Promote and provide resources to select, install, establish and care for trees, to provide solutions for the natural and human enviroment.

The pacific american foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of pacific americans by educating and informing decision makers and leaders at all levels on the vital policy areas for americans who trace their ancestry to the indigenous peoples of the pacific islands. the foundation partners with local communities, support agencies and funding organizations to collaboratively develop and conduct programs that make a difference in the quality of life of these americans.
