Our purpose is to raise funds, through donations and events, to support the arts in our greater community and to provide educational and social opportunities for our membership. reorganized as arts, etc. in 2014, the group became independent and expanded its support to include visual, performing, and literary arts. it has since donated $425,550 from the proceeds of the acclaimed art & house tour to area organizations that bring the arts to the young people of johns and wadmalaw islands. the organization hosts expert speakers and arranges gallery tours to expand members' perspectives and insights into the arts.

Client mentoring, nutritional support, and withdrawal programs for those who are addicted to prescription medication, done conjunction with their physician. training physicians and pharmacists on interactions and tapering rates.

Charleston collegiate schools mission is to inspire students to become passionate, lifelong learners by empowering them with knowledge, creativity, curiosity and confidence to mindfully (cont. on schedule o).

Barrier islands free medical clinic is a nonprofit organization who mission is to provide medical home and continuing primary care to low-income, uninsured adults who live or work on johns, wadmalaw, and james islands, folly beach or serve downtown charleston's hospitality industry.

The mission of the seabrook island greenspace conservancy is to preserve the natural environment on seabrook island through acquisition of land and land easments, through education on environmental topics and through advocacy of conservation issues.

Provide therapy using horses for disabled children and adults. regular program operates six days per week for public school special education classes and private students.
