Prostate cancer awareness foundations mission is to raise awareness among middle-aged men about the importance of getting checked annually for prostate cancer.

Our mission is to continue to grow what began 15 years ago by mobilizing churches to collaborate with one another and other sectors (non-profits, government, educators, business) to help all levels of greater atlanta (cities, communities and families) flourish, in an effort to ensure that the region's next generation is reaching their god-given potential. unite is a network currently comprised of 8 regions and approximately 75 churches around metro atlanta. our goal is to reach into 50 regions - uniting and mobilizing 1000+ churches around metro atlanta.

Provides prof. counseling psychological testing school-based therapy suicide prevention & mental health aware- ness education using an integrative approach to treat the whole person

The mission of the corporation is to provide stategic planning support for other non profits who do not have the funds to pay for this service.the currect activities include weekly meetings with other non profits to provide strategic planning support.the mission will be expanded to provide prayer retreats.

Provide community involvement for young adults with physical and mental handicaps. build and operate a home for disabled young adults to provide them with autonomy. the home was completed in 2020.

Provide volunteer hours to support hospital operations. operate the hospital gift shop and conduct fundraisers throughout the year. generated revenues are used to 1) provide medically related scholarships, and 2) contribute financially to specific hospital projects and objectives that will enhance hospital operations.

Preserving and presenting the history of the pa profession. updated the pahx's illustrated website with new recorded interviews, biographies and pa-related exhibits. the staff, trustees and historians participated in presentations to pa students and pa faculty.
