B'nai b'rith senior citizens housing committee of houston, inc. was organized to own and operate a 302 unit apartment community in houston, texas, known as goldberg b'nai b'rith towers i and ii. the corporation has entered into and is governed by a regulatory agreement with the u.s. department of housing and urban development (hud). the project, through a housing assistance payments contract with hud, provides a safe, adequate housing facility to eligible tenants.

(ser-jobs) is a texas nonprofit corporation. ser-jobs provides career counseling and job placement services for economically disadvantaged residents of harris and surrounding counties. ser community development corporation (ser cdc) is a not-for-profit entity and ser-jobs is its sole member. ser qalicb is a texas nonprofit corporation and is a 100% owned subsidiary of ser-jobs. the consolidated financial statements include the accounts of ser-jobs and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, ser cdc and ser qalicb (collectively, ser). all significant intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated.
