To assure that all children living in the geopgraphic area in the commonwealth of va that includes city of hopewell, prince george county, sussex county, dinwiddie county, surry county, greensville county, and the city of emporia, receive the best quality early childhood education and are prepared academically, emotionally, socially, physically, and mentally for kindergarten.

To identify and support innovative and creative health and quality of life improvements in the hopewell community and surrounding area

The purpose of the organization is to conduct annual campaigns to raise support for allocation to participating agencies.

Provide a quality christian education for students in kindergarten through grade 12.

Maintaining and preserving of historic buildings and grounds within the city of hopewell. the properties are available for public tours and other community uses.

To improve the quality of life of the residents of hopewell, virginia by providing emergency food and other necessary items to needy individuals and families.

Our operations are two-fold 1st to provide supervised programs and monthly activities in a safe environment for approximately 100 intelluctually disabled persons &
