The purpose of the bvvfd shall be to protect life and property endangered by fire, imminet peril, or an emergency circumstance. the bvvfd shall acquire, maintain, and operate the equipment necessary to the accomplishment of this purpose; and to promote, practice, and teach fire prevention and safety.

To educate, inform, entertain and culturally enrich the entire community by providing a broad range of library materials, information services and special programs in a welcoming environment and to promote and encourage lifelong learning and the joy of reading.

We provide discipleship and life skills training in a christian residential community. we also provide a safe place where people can find spiritual enrichment, social development, physical activity and mental renewal.
