The organization will primarily conduct fund raising in the us in order to support the mission in malawi, africa. in malawi, the organization will focus on the providing training, guidance and encouragement for local individuals who are interested in starting small businesses with the ability to grow and employee others. the broad goal is to help solve the country's huge problem of unemployment and reduce its dependence on foreign aid by encouraging entrepreneurship. malawi talent fund will have no ownership or economic benefit from the activities. it will just be there to help others succeed. mtf may provide micro-loans to small business to help them get started, but loans are expected to be repaid with interest under written terms.

The urban lacrosse academy is to expose the underserved youth within urban communities to the game of lacrosse and its native american roots as the "medicine game," for the purpose of providing physical and mental conditioning through on and off the field education by mentor instructors that can, in turn, create opportunities in the classroom and beyond. our mission is to provide lacrosse skills training, league play, and mentoring to underserved youth.

To provide workforce development in construction and rebuild blighted housing. rebuilt units are maintained for rental purposes.

For more than 138 years, columbus humane has been sheltering homeless animals, fighting animal cruelty and neglect and offering programs to address the needs of animals in our community. programs include investigating reports of animal cruelty and neglect in franklin county, ohio and providing services for pets and people including animal adoption, emergency sheltering for the pets of victims of domestic violence, and humane education. more than 90 percent of our funding is provided by donation and fees for services. we are not a government agency and we do not receive operating support from national organizations. columbus humane relies on the support of private donors and volunteers to make our work possible.
