To support mission fund to missionaries in the north-eastern china and introduce this mission program to churches and general public through letters and christian newspapers to encourage them to be a sponsors to contribute monthly for this supporting missionaries programand to collect contribution form sponsors and to recruit the candidates of recipients by personal referrals through churches and other missaion organizations.
