Science education and promotion of african american culture

The mission of alachua conservation trust (act) is to protect the natural, historic, scenic and recreational resources in and around alachua county, florida. act protects land through purchase, donation, and conservation easements.

The matheson history museums mission is to preserve and interpret the history of gainesville and alachua county, florida, and surrounding regions.

To secure and distribute contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations for the benefit of the students in the alachua county public schools.

Assist the university of florida in funding of research/development through grants & contractual arrangements & in the commercialization of intellectual properties, which include inventions, discoveries,processes & work products.

Part i, line 1 project youthbuild's mission is to improve the lives of young people living in our community through education, employment and advocacy. project youthbuild is operated through a grant award directly from the us department of labor. part iii, line 1 project youthbuild provides work-readiness training, soft skills development, case management, career development and other services to help young people address barriers to educational and employment success.
