To offer refuge, resources, renewal & respect to maritime community through multi-faith service. since our center was still in the construction and permit stages, we were not able to open the center in 2022. we were still able to move forward and reach out to visit and provide counseling, care and practical services to the crew on the ships, communicate via text and social media, as well as provide virtual services. our capital campaign is still underway, and the building has been completed and officially opened to the public on november 1, 2023.

The mission of broward house is to improve the quality of life for individuals impacted with chronic health challenges, including hiv, by providing pathways to wellness. we welcome people of all backgrounds, genders, races and sexual orientations. we serve individuals with no income and no insurance as well as individuals who are fully insured and have income. our goals are simple: to support the health and stability of each individual who walks through our door with a plan unique to their goals.

Northwest federated womens club of broward county, inc. provides respite and day care for the elderly of broward county.

Rescue, rehabilitate, and release of injured or orphaned wildlife, (continued on schedule o) and educate the public about south florida ecosystem and how to facilitate peaceful co-habitation with our wild neighbors; and provide professional education in wildlife rehabilitation, veterinary medicine, and natural sciences.

House of hope's mission is to provide the tools to achieve recovery from addiction and address mental health issues while transforming lives, families and communities. house of hope provides hope for the future and healing to those in need of a second chance.since january 1969, house of hope has provided hope and healing to men and women in south florida who suffer from addiction and co-occurring behavioral health disorders in a life-affirming, residential setting.house of hope helps these individuals return to the community with knowledge and skills needed to embrace personal responsibility, renew and rebuild family relationships, maintain stable employment, and develop critical recovery support systems. house of hope's goal is to return residents to the community as vital, productive and self-supporting citizens.
